ConsenSys partners with LivePerson to launch VillageDAO, the “world’s first” decentralized customer service platform.
The solution is in the pilot testing phase. VillageDAO’s first client will be ConsenSys’ MetaMask Web3 wallet. According to the announcement, app users will be supported by virtual chat technology. artificial intelligence [Conversational AI] by LivePerson. The companies have been collaborating since 2021.
The decentralized platform is expected to improve brands’ ability to engage community members in customer service. VillageDAO will provide the necessary infrastructure and incentive mechanisms for this.

Partners encouraged companies to join the platform. The registration will allow brands to request expert status to provide community support through the new service for power users.
Individual users will also have the opportunity to join VillageDAO as experts.
