Italian fashion house Prada will release a collection of non-replaceable Timecapsule NFT coins in addition to shirts as part of its collaboration with Cassius Hirst. Decrypt writes about it.

Cassius Hirst is the son of artist Damien Hirst, who sees NFT as a promising direction.

Tokens contain the image of a black or white capsule and are associated with physical goods that will deliver them to their owners. NFTs refer to the serial number of the collection and each shirt.

The tokens will be issued by the Aura blockchain consortium based on Quorum, an Ethereum fork. Prada, along with LVMH and Cartier, created it to combat luxury counterfeiting.

Adidas previously sold NFT for $23.5 million along with Bored Ape Yacht Club.
