Representatives of the Bitcoin exchange confirmed that ForkLog Qian will be leaving for imminent “personal reasons” and that the cooperation with Zhang has ended, with a willingness to resume again in the future.
Qian joined Binance Labs in March 2020. Prior to that, he was Chief Investment Officer at JD Group for five years.
Zhang became part of the company’s team in April 2020. He moved to Lingfeng Capital, a venture capital firm where he managed the innovation fund.
According to the Binance Labs website, it is currently run by Ken Lee and Peter Ho.
Recall that in June the organization launched a $500 million fund focused on DeFi, NFT, games, metadata resources and social networks.
