The Ethereum team has decided to delay the activation of the “difficulty bomb” for two months. This was announced by lead developer Tim Beiko.

In short, we agreed on the bomb delay. We’re well overdue and we want to make sure we check all the numbers sensibly before choosing an exact delay and deployment time, but we’re targeting a ~2 month delay and the upgrade to be released at the end of June.
