The services of organizations that will issue, audit and keep records of CFA applications are exempt from VAT by analogy with securities.
In the exercise of digital rights that include securities and benefit tokens at the same time, the tax base is determined as the difference between the sales and acquisition price of the specified digital right, taking into account the tax amount.
Income tax of organizations with digital rights in the Russian Federation will be 13% -15% for foreign companies.

The document does not apply to cryptocurrencies.
In June, there was also a draft law banning the use of CFA as a means of payment on the territory of the Russian Federation. Already confirmed at first reading.
Later, another document on the CFA was submitted to the State Duma. It provides administrative liability for the illegal export and exchange of such assets.
