The developers of the Tornado Cash Classic protocol have fully opened the source code of the user interface (UI).
Now anyone can see the current interface of flat rate pools and suggest their own changes.
“Technically speaking, you can fork a repository, improve it with new features and design, and then submit a pull request,” the project team said.
Thus, Tornado Cash is taking a step towards greater decentralization. As of 2020, a smaller version is available to run Tornado Cash UI natively and the official UI is available from multiple IPFS mirrors.
Recall that in April Tornado Cash announced the blocking of addresses with sanctions at the front-end level.
