On June 26, mining equipment manufacturer Bitmain will host the World Digital Mining Summit 2022 conference in Miami (USA).

According to the statement, the company will provide a platform for discussion:

• the state of the mining industry;
• new investment decisions;
• air and hydro-cooling technologies for data centers;
• North American energy resources;
• maintenance and expansion of data centers;
• Development of a mining pool to support the growth of the digital currency mining ecosystem.

Also at the conference, industry experts will share their experiences on the bear market, large-scale application of hydro technologies and other information.

Participants of the event include: Bitfufu, Core Scientific, Merkle Standard, North Data Holdings, Terrawulf, Marathon Digital Holdings, Crusoe Energy, Hive Blockchain, Antpool and a number of others.

Recall that at the beginning of July, Bitmain released the Antminer E9 ASIC miner for mining Ethereum and Ethereum Classic.

At the same time, the developers of the second largest cryptocurrency by capitalization plan to switch the mainnet to the Proof-of-Stake consensus algorithm in September.
