Kevin O’Leary, the investor and star of the TV show Shark Tank, spoke in an interview with Stansberry Research about the rise in positions in digital assets despite the bearish cycle in the cryptocurrency market.
“I always said that you would encounter volatility in an unregulated industry,” he recalled.
O’Leary has invested in “cryptocurrencies with large market caps such as Ethereum and Bitcoin”.
“If you’re going to stay in the market for a long time, why don’t you raise your position?” said.
The TV star thinks that one of the current main problems of the crypto industry is the insufficient acceptance of digital assets among institutional investors.
Recall that in April O’Leary said that he has 32 positions in cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Solana.
Earlier, he expressed interest in buying shares of mining companies using green energy.
