The Department of the Kazakhstan Financial Monitoring Agency has launched a preliminary investigation into the organization of the financial pyramid.
According to the agency, Bincloud was operating under the guise of renting equipment for mining. Organizers attracted investors to WhatsApp and Telegram messengers.
“According to the Bincloud program, individuals purchase virtual mining equipment rentals for a certain amount, from which they earn a daily investment income of 5-6% of investments,” the agency said in a statement.
However, the department stressed that 16% of the total amount was withheld while withdrawing revenue from project clients.
Recall that in March Kazakhstan law enforcement uncovered a mining farm at a train station.
