Automated mail service Mailchimp has begun closing customers’ accounts associated with cryptocurrencies. Affected companies were Messari, Edge Wallet and Decrypt.
“Mailchimp suspended Messari’s email account for no reason,” said Ryan Selkis, co-founder of the analytics firm.
Faced with the same issue, Sam Richads of the Ethereum Foundation confirmed that the account was disabled without any prior notice or explanation.

Edge Wallet experienced problems accessing their account on the platform on August 8.
