The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has registered the Crypto.com cryptocurrency platform.
We are excited to share that we have received regulatory approval in another key global jurisdiction, this time from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
We will work hard to support the UK’s vision to become a global crypto hub.
According to the registry dated August 16, the company operates in the country under the name FORIS DAX UK LIMITED. It received permission to carry out “certain transactions with cryptocurrency assets” in the country.

“This is an important milestone for Crypto.com as the UK represents a strategically important market for us as the government advances its agenda to make the UK a global hub for technology and investment in crypto assets,” said Chris Marszalek, CEO of Crypto.com. said.
In December 2020, the FCA introduced a temporary registration regime for cryptocurrency companies.
The program was later extended until March 31, 2022. At the time of writing, 37 companies have received work permits, including Gemini, eToro, and Galaxy Digital.
Previously, Crypto.com received approval for the event from regulators in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Singapore and Dubai.
Recall that in August 2022, the platform acquired the payment service provider PnLink and the digital asset provider OK-BIT with their respective licenses from South Korean regulators.
Prior to this, Crypto.com announced a significant reduction in rewards for staking CRO tokens for prepaid cards and layoffs of around 260 employees.
