Mikhail Fedorov, head of Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Development, reported how much $54 million was spent under the Aid For Ukraine cryptocurrency initiative.
“With this money, more than 8,000 body armor and 4,000 helmets, 80,000 uniforms, 400,000 dry food, more than 5,000 sights and night optics, 30,000 first aid kits, and more than 100,000 medicines and protective equipment were purchased,” the minister said.
Among the purchases, Fedorov also indicated 1,000 communication devices, 200 drones, 100 cars and fuel.
“Thank you to the crypto community for your support from the very beginning of the full-scale invasion! Donate after donation on the road to great victory,” he said.
Recall that the Everstake staking platform is involved in Aid For Ukraine donations, which donated a total of $10 million to the needs of the Ukrainian military.
