Fitness app STEPN and Spanish La Liga football club Atletico Madrid announced the release of a collection of non-changeable tokens (NFTs).
The collection will include 1,001 pairs of NFT sneakers for the Move-to-Earn app. The third partner will be the cryptocurrencies WhaleFin trading and lending platform.
The release of the NFT collection is scheduled for August 26. It will contain 850 common, 140 rare and 11 rare coins.
Every NFT holder is automatically entered into the ticket draw for Atletico Madrid’s travel and hotel accommodation home games. Recipients of unusual sneaker tokens will be awarded club jerseys.
As a reminder, in the second quarter of 2022, STEPN made a profit of $122.5 million from application fees.
Previously, the platform was subject to a massive DDoS attack.
