Tuckman acted as a key architect in integrating a new asset class into the product line of one of the largest universal banks in the United States.
According to the publication, at least 15 senior Citi employees have joined companies such as Copper, Coin Fund, Paxos, Genesis, and Provenance in the past year.
Recall that in November 2021, Citigroup announced the launch of a cryptocurrency-focused division within its corporate customer service group. It was planned to recruit 100 experts to work in the new business unit.
In June, the financial conglomerate began working on a pilot project of a platform for storing and managing digital assets, together with infrastructure company Metaco.
In August, Citigroup posted two job postings for digital asset risk managers.
