15% of respondents said the return on investment in digital assets exceeded their expectations.

The vast majority of respondents became interested in cryptocurrency because they were looking for an “alternative way to invest” and “an easy way to make money”.

Overall, only 16% of study participants reported having invested in cryptocurrencies at least once in their lifetime.

About half of those surveyed had heard of NFTs, but only 2% had purchased one before.

More than half of the respondents are women, and the main sample is over 50 years old.

According to another study conducted by financial services provider deVere Group, almost half of 700 customers baby booms and X generationIf you already own digital assets or plan to acquire them before the end of 2022.

Nigel Green, CEO and Founder of DeVere Group, believes that most Gen Xers are investing “as part of their retirement planning strategy.”

It also warned Americans not to invest without first seeking advice from professional market participants.
