Carlyle Group co-founder David Rubenstein admitted that he was skeptical about cryptocurrencies during his Invest Like the Best podcast, but that changed his mind over time.

“I understand that many young people no longer think there is anything serious behind the dollar, euro or other currencies,” said the Carlyle Group co-founder.

He stressed that he did not buy cryptocurrencies, but “invested in companies that serve the industry.” Rubenstein did not disclose specific investments.
