Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) BarrelDAO has released a collection of non-exchangeable tokens (NFTs) that can be exchanged for a limited edition Solana Summer Shandy beer.

Alcoholic beverage cans are decorated with images from various NFT collections based on Solana. Among them are DeGods, Degenerate Ape Academy, Okay Bears, Solana Monkey Business and others.

The DAO has released 333 NFTs with the option to replace each with 16 cans of beer. One coin will cost 1.35 SOL (about $41.2 at the exchange rate at the time of writing). Price includes shipping to USA, UK and Australia.

Solana Labs previously introduced Saga, a Web3-centric smartphone based on the Android operating system. The device is expected to go on sale for $1,000 in early 2023.

At the end of July, the Solana Foundation opened a store focused on the experience of interacting with the Solana ecosystem. The venue is located in the shopping center of the prestigious Hudson Yards district in Manhattan (New York, USA).
