Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has denied recent allegations by CryptoLeaks about alleged collusion between him and law firm Roche Freedman.

“I’ve never met or spoken to [основателем Roche Freedman] Kyle Roche invested a lot less in it,” he wrote.

According to a CryptoLeaks report based on a series of short videos from an unknown source, Garlinghouse has accepted Roche’s offer to fund a law firm to fight rival firms.

The publication also claims that the founder of Roche Freedman previously worked with Boies Schiller Flexner, who represented Ripple. SEC.

Ripple and the XRP community came to Garlinghouse’s defense, citing the failure of CryptoLeaks’ arguments. One user noted that the publication’s accusations were based on Roche’s comments, which were later presented as facts without proof.

Among other things, the CryptoLeaks report claimed that Roche Freedman made a “collusion” with Ava Labs, the law firm behind the Avalanche blockchain, to use the legal system “in a gangster manner” to “attack and harm crypto organizations”.

According to the publication, in return, Roche was supposed to receive AVAX tokens and shares of a crypto company.

Emin Gün Sirer, president of Ava Labs, previously denied these allegations.
