Samir Shah, COO of Pantera Capital, left the company two months after his appointment. This is indicated by the information in the LinkedIn profile.
The senior executive joined the crypto bank in July after 13 years as head of asset management sales at JPMorgan.
A month before Shah left Pantera Capital, Joe Sisevski, general counsel of Pantera Capital, assumed the position of chief of staff and senior adviser to the CFTC. In previous years, the specialist worked in the department under the leadership of former commissioner Marc Vetien.
Recall that in May, ForkLog reported that Pantera Capital had liquidated about 80% of its investments in Terra before the collapse of the project.
The venture capital firm had previously invested in NFT media distribution platform Pinata.
A month ago, Pantera Capital spearheaded a $65 million investment round for decentralized domain registrar Unstoppable Domains.
