Belarus-based cryptocurrency exchange Currency.com will stop working with customers from Russia.
One of them published a letter from the Russian Federation informing users.
According to the report, from April 12, residents of Russia will not be able to replenish their accounts, and from April 26 they will be deprived of the opportunity to make new transactions. It will be possible to complete previously initiated leverage transactions.
“That’s right, this letter was sent to customers residing in the Russian Federation. Unfortunately, we had to resort to these measures. We do not block accounts immediately and now, but give the opportunity to complete all transactions and withdraw funds, ”the platform team confirmed.
Recall that the State Duma allowed the creation of Russian cryptocurrency exchanges to circumvent sanctions.
