LG has announced a new platform for users, LG Art Lab. View, buy and sell NFTs from TV. It was at the beginning of the year that the company announced its intention to offer this tool. At that time the explosion of NFTs was active. Now the fever seems to have dropped, but the development work is there and LG has decided to release it.

LG Art Lab is now available in the US and works with LG TVs running WebOS 5.0 or higher. To create this service, LG has partnered with Hedera, which allows you to purchase NFT. Via LG’s own mobile wallet Wallypto.

LG signed up for NFTs despite fever passing

Since September 2021 LG has been working on this project. They are released after a year. focus on art. This is a common approach to NFTs, although different from that of Samsung, which was the first company to introduce NFTs for televisions.
