The 1-inch Network DeFi project has integrated into 1-inch Wallet a service for purchasing cryptocurrency for Transak fiat. This was reported to ForkLog by team representatives.
“The addition of Transak as the next fiat gateway provider will provide users with a wider choice of networks and tokens that can be purchased with fiat currency,” said Sergey Kunz, co-founder of 1inch.
He added that the Transak integration is part of a larger 1-inch Network strategy to connect more of these providers to the wallet. According to him, the project will eventually become a “fiat gateway aggregator”.
At the end of March 2022, the 1inch team launched a mobile wallet for Android devices. The iOS operating system application was released in April last year.
Recall that in May 2021, 1inch entered into a partnership with the Mercuryo payment network and opened the sale of DeFi assets for fiat money.
