Earlier, Vivo Y36 got several certifications. The brand has now announced the launch date of its Y-series offering. The Y36 series, consisting of 4G and 5G versions, will debut in Indonesia on May 25. Vivo’s Indonesian branch has also created a dedicated microsite that explains the key features of the upcoming offering.

According to the microsite, the Vivo Y36 series will feature a dynamic glass design. The rear panel has a rectangular camera module with two sensors and an LED flash. The front features a center-aligned display with a notch. The device is likely to have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button.

The Vivo Y36 series will have 8 GB of RAM along with 8 GB of virtual RAM. It will have 256GB internal memory. Smartphones will have 44 W fast charging support. The Y36 4G will be available in Glitter Aqua and Meteor Black colours, while the 5G variant will be available in Mystic Black and Crystal Green colours.

According to the Google Play Console certification, the Vivo Y36 4G will reportedly get its power from the Snapdragon 680 processor. It is expected to have a 6.8-inch LCD screen and come out of the box with Android 13. Both 4G and 5G variants are expected to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery.
