Meizu 20 Pro was announced in March of this year. Meizu has now announced that a new color option called ‘Sunrise Purple’ has been added to the Meizu 20 Pro smartphone series. This latest color option complements the existing Dawn Grey, Twilight Silver and Sunrise Gold lines, representing the four phases of sunrise and embodying the “sunrise” aesthetic.

The Sunrise Purple variant has a low purple saturation as the main hue with a gradual transition from bottom to top. It combines Meizu’s exclusive ultra-fine, delicate sparkling craftsmanship while maintaining consistency with other color options.

An interesting feature of the Meizu 20 Pro Sunrise Purple edition is the extended warranty. Meizu gives a 3-year warranty for this device. To qualify for the extended warranty, customers must purchase the phone by June 20 and activate it by June 27.

Meizu 20 Pro Sunrise Purple pre-sale will start at 8:00 PM on May 23 at RMB 4,399. The device will be available in two memory configurations: 12GB + 256GB priced at 4,399 yuan ($625) and 12GB + 512GB priced at 4,799 yuan ($682).

In terms of specifications, the Meizu 20 Pro has a 6.81 inch Samsung E6 AMOLED 2K+ 120Hz display. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and has an ultra-light hybrid stainless steel body. The device runs on Flyme 10 based on Android 13.

Meizu 20 Pro has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with macro option, and a 50-megapixel telephoto 2x portrait camera. It also includes a 32MP front camera for selfies. Also, Meizu 20 Pro is equipped with a built-in UWB module that can work as a LYNK 08 EV dongle. Meizu 20 Pro includes a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
