At first, a person in the exoskeleton is trained by the Phoenix robot by performing various manipulations, and the Carbon system remembers its movements. After several approaches, the robot corrects the sequence of maneuvers and can perform them independently in the future. Currently, he confidently performs almost all the duties of a warehouse worker and will probably be able to replace him eventually.

For location routing and command recognition, Phoenix uses an advanced language model that allows it to understand natural language requests. This model mimics human thinking and the robot uses it to prioritize its activities.
