The company also confirms that the device will have a 4,500 mAh battery.

Xiaomi Civi 3 battery introduction

In terms of memory technology, the Civi 3 is expected to have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Apart from the above configurations, the device may also be available in other variants such as 8GB RAM paired with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM paired with 256GB storage.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 is expected to feature a 6.55-inch OLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Its highlight is the front-facing camera setup, which consists of a 32-megapixel primary sensor and a 32-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. On the back, users can count on the 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 high-resolution primary camera. Its pill-shaped front camera looks even more refined than the iPhone 14 Pro.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi Civi 3 will run on the Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset. It is noteworthy that the device will support fast charging with 67 W power. It will run on the basis of the Android 13 operating system, along with Xiaomi’s custom MIUI 14 interface.
