Samsung is expected to introduce the next generation of foldable watches, smartwatches and Galaxy tablets at its upcoming Unpacked event. This year, the event must be held before the end of July instead of the usual August. On the eve of the official reveal of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, numerous leaks and rumors have surfaced. Now, the details of the color variants of the future proposal have emerged.

The new development comes from Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC). According to his tweet, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 will be available in four new color options. These include blue, green, platinum and yellow. The executive adds that the device will also be available in other colors such as beige, gray, light green and light pink.

Yang also says that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will be available in blue and platinum colors, as well as beige, black and light blue color options.

According to leaked images, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 will almost certainly have a large secondary display, joining the likes of the upcoming OPPO Find N2 Flip, Vivo X Flip and Motorola Razr Ultra. However, the screen of the new generation foldable phone of the South Korean brand will look like a folder icon to provide enough space for the dual rear camera setup. The screen is expected to have a diagonal of 3.4 inches and a resolution of 720p. According to an earlier report, the device will have a black back, which will eliminate the folder-like cutout when the screen is not lit, otherwise it will look awkward.
