Infinix has mistakenly announced that it has announced the launch date of the INBook X2 Slim on May 26. The laptop is scheduled to launch in India on June 2 at 12 noon local time.

Infinix plans to launch a new laptop in India on May 26. The brand will expand its notebook range with the upcoming Infinix INBook X2 Slim. It will be the successor to the INBook X1 Slim. Prior to the launch, Flipkart published a microsite explaining the key features of the Infinix INBook X2 Slim and confirming the laptop’s usability on the trading platform.

The Infinix INBook X2 Slim is called an ultra-thin and ultra-light laptop with a weight of 14.8mm and 1.24kg respectively. The laptop cover will have a two-tone design with a glossy and matte finish. It will have a solid metal body made of aluminum alloy. The upcoming offering will be available in four colors i.e. Red, Navy, Gray and Green.

It is noted that the Infinix INBook X2 Slim works on the basis of the 11th generation Intel Core processor. It will have up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of NVMe SSD storage. The laptop will be powered by a 50Wh battery with support for 45W charging via the USB-C port.

The remaining specifications of the Infinix INBook X2 Slim remain a mystery. The laptop is expected to come with Core i3, i5 and i7 processors. It was supposed to have an Icestorm 1.0 cooling system, a backlit keyboard and dual stereo speakers. The Infinix INBook X2 Slim is expected to be priced under Rs 30,000.
