On June 1, Motorola will announce the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, a flip phone with flagship features. Some reports claim that the company is also planning to launch the Motorola Razr 40 alongside the Ultra model. Several reports have leaked information about the specs of the Ultra model, but none have revealed anything about the vanilla model. However, images of the phone that surfaced earlier this month confirmed that it will be a slimmed down version of the Ultra variant. Ahead of its anticipated launch, its details appear to have surfaced on Geekbench and 3C listings.
As seen in the images, the new Motorola phone with the model number XT2323-3 appeared in the databases of Geekbench and the Chinese certification platform 3C. There are speculations that this device could be the upcoming Motorola Razr 40. These listings revealed the first details of the device’s technical specifications.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Motorola Razr 40 will be powered by a Qualcomm chip. CPU and GPU details revealed on Geekbench (via source code) reveal that the Razr 40 will be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset and 12GB of RAM.
The device appears to be running on Android 13. It scored 1,019 points in the single-core Geekbench test and 2,545 points in the multi-core test. The image above showing the 3C listing shows that the device can support 33W fast charging.
Images of the Razr 40 that surfaced earlier this month revealed that its design will be similar to its Ultra sibling. The difference, however, is that the vanilla model will have a smaller cover screen. The leaked images also revealed that it will feature purple, olive green and cream hues.
