Xiaomi’s mid-range smartphone Civi 3 was launched in China recently. It has an elegant design and is available in four stunning colors: Rose Purple, Mint Green, Adventure Gold and Coconut Ash. To celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary, Xiaomi has partnered with the entertainment industry giant to launch a special limited edition Civi 3 called Xiaomi Civi 3 100th Anniversary Edition.

The brand states that the launch of this device is scheduled for early June, suggesting that we could witness its launch by the end of next week. While the brand has not revealed specific design details of the smartphone, it is expected to do a unique custom paint job along with a custom themed user interface. A teaser on the box suggests that the limited-edition device may have been inspired by the beloved Disney character Mickey Mouse.

The UI design for the 100th anniversary edition was unveiled by renowned informant Kaczper Skrzypek, confirming that it is indeed based on the beloved Mickey Mouse character. The rest of the specs are expected to be the same as the regular Civi 3 model, except for a custom paint job and a Disney-themed UI.

Features of Xiaomi Civi 3

Xiaomi Civi 3 is an all-in-one smartphone with a stunning 6.55-inch curved OLED display. It offers 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and Dolby Vision/HDR10+ certification. 12-bit screen color depth and 1920 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming ensure vivid images. It is one of the brightest displays available, with a maximum brightness of 1500 nits.

Thanks to MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra chip, LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 flash memory, Civi 3 provides smooth operation. It includes a 4000mm² VC liquid cooling system and 10567.9mm² graphite cooling for optimum heat dissipation during intense tasks.

The camera system is impressive, featuring dual cameras on the front (32MP main + 32MP ultra-wide) optimized for portraits and group selfies. On the back, there is a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera for stunning photos and videos.

The phone is powered by a 4500mAh battery with 67W fast charging that fully charges in just 38 minutes. Additional features include Z-axis linear motor for haptic feedback, under-display fingerprint sensor, NFC for contactless payments, and infrared remote control.
