Recent reports claim that Redmi is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in China that will be the successor to last year’s Redmi Note 11T Pro. Today, the brand has officially confirmed that the Redmi Note 12T Pro will be launching soon in China. The company also shared a few images to give an idea about its design.

The company has confirmed that the Redmi Note 12T Pro will be equipped with an LCD panel with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. As you can see in the image below, the screen is flat, just like its predecessor. The brand also revealed that the device is powered by the Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset.

The Redmi phone with the model number 23054RA19C was spotted in Geekbench and 3C databases last week. This device is likely to enter the Chinese market alongside the Redmi Note 12T Pro. It is estimated that the mentioned device will be released under the name Redmi K60i.

The Dimensity 8200-Ultra-based Note 12T Pro is expected to come with 12GB of RAM and Android 13. According to the 3C certification of the device, it can support 67W fast charging. Other details of the smartphone are yet to be confirmed.

The Redmi Note 12T Pro will be the new member of the Note 12 series, which already includes several models for the Chinese market. The model range includes Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro, Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition, Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed ​​Edition and Redmi Note 12T Turbo.
