Motorola is expected to announce a new Razr clamshell phone this year. A new 91moblies report has revealed that the future Razr clamshell is coded as Maven. The post also shared live photos of the device for a first look at its appearance.
The future Motorola Razr (Maven) is similar to last year’s Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3. The device looks a bit square and square and doesn’t have a chin like previous Razr clamshells. The fingerprint scanner can now also be used from the side, built into the power button.
Dual cameras are placed on the back of the device. The report states that it has a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture and 13-megapixel on a wide-angle camera that can be used as a macro sensor. For selfies, it has a 32-megapixel camera built into the hole of the built-in display.
Motorola Maven will run on a set of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Also, the device is expected to come with another SoC version with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chipset. The device is expected to come with memory configurations such as 8 GB / 12 GB RAM and 256 GB / 512 GB.
The only mention of the source is that it has a complex Full HD + display. However, it says nothing about the size of the internal and external screens. There is no information about the battery capacity of the device.
The device is expected to go on sale in Quartz Black and Tranquil Blue colors. It is likely to launch in China first in late July or early August, and may eventually launch in world markets as well. Currently, the price of the device is not reported. Source
