This afternoon, ZTE held a conference dedicated to the new ZTE Axon 40 smartphone series. In addition to the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra, it also presented its first 108 megapixel smartphone, the ZTE Axon 40 Pro. With a classic design of 2.3 mm wide, 8.46 mm thick and 199 g narrow bezel, the smartphone is available in black, blue and orange.
The phone has a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with a diagonal that supports smart control from 60 Hz to 144 Hz. It provides 100% color gamut DCI-P3 coverage, color depth 10 bits, maximum peak brightness 1000 cd/m2.
ZTE Axon 40 Pro is equipped with a single-chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 system, two speakers that support DTS technology, as well as a 5000 mAh internal rechargeable battery and 66-watt fast charging support.
The ZTE Axon 40 Pro is equipped with a 108-megapixel 1/1.52-inch optical image sensor with 2.1 μm pixels and an F/1.89 lens. In addition, there is an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera with a 120-degree viewing angle, as well as a macro camera and a scene depth sensor. The ZTE Axon 40 Pro with 8/256GB memory is available for $445, and the 12/512GB version is available for $565. Source
