Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Civi 3 smartphone in China in May as its first device with the Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset. At launch, Xiaomi offered the Civi 3 in three different configurations, one of which has a capacity of 1TB. The 1TB storage model is available for purchase in China today, while other variants become available shortly after the Civi 3 launches.

As seen in the poster, the 1TB variant of the Xiaomi Civi 3 that comes with 16GB of RAM costs RMB 2,999 (~$419). Other variants such as 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage are priced at RMB 2,499 (~$349) and RMB 2,699 (~$377), respectively. The device is available in four colors: pink-purple, mint green, adventure gold and coconut ash.

Xiaomi Civi 3 is not available outside of China. There are speculations that the Civi 3 will hit the global market in a few months as the Xiaomi 14 Lite.

Features of Xiaomi Civi 3

Xiaomi Civi 3 has a 6.55-inch OLED display with curved edges and a built-in fingerprint scanner. It supports FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 8200-Ultra comes with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone runs on Android 13 and MIUI 14.

The Civi 3 has a 32-megapixel (main) + 32-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual camera. On the back, there is a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera setup. It includes a 4,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
