Logitech has announced the launch of the M240 Bluetooth mouse in the Indian market. The Logitech M240 Silent Bluetooth Mouse is considered Logitech’s most affordable Bluetooth mouse to date. This is a wireless pair-and-play mouse that offers a more productive workspace and easy navigation.

The Logitech M240 Bluetooth mouse uses fast and simple Bluetooth technology to seamlessly connect to your computer or tablet. It has 33 feet of wireless coverage and is available in a variety of colours. Color options: graphite, pink and off-white. It’s a handy travel mouse that lets you do more whenever you want. It has an 18-month battery life and other features include an auto-sleep mode to increase battery life.

Logitech claims that preliminary research has shown that using a mouse like the M240 Silent on a laptop is 30% faster and 50% more efficient than using a trackpad. The mouse supports ultra-quiet clicks and reduces click noise by up to 90%. However, it retains a pleasant clicking feel.

The M240 Silent has a versatile design and can be used by both left- and right-handed users. The product is also certified carbon neutral like all Logitech products. The plastic parts of the M240 Silent Bluetooth mouse are composed of 48% recycled plastic (PCR) (for the graphite model).

The Logitech M240 Silent Bluetooth Mouse is available in India directly from the Logitech website for Rs. 1595 (~$19). Availability of the product is expected to expand to other retail platforms in the subcontinent.
