AnTuTu, a well-known benchmarking platform, has published the predicted benchmark results for the upcoming vivo X90s smartphone, pointing to breakthrough performance in the Android realm. The device with model number “V2241HA” runs on MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset running Android 13, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.

Vivo X90s sets a new record in Android performance

The most outstanding feature of Vivo X90s is the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset which adds to its outstanding performance. The chipset includes a main Cortex-X3 core with a clock frequency of 3.35 GHz, three productive Cortex-A715 cores running at a frequency of 3.0 GHz and four productive Cortex-A510 cores running at a frequency of 2.0 GHz. According to AnTuTu, the device scored an impressive 1,657,772 points in the AnTuTu V10 test. Score breakdown: CPU 435,656 points, GPU 605,932 points, MEM 314,297 points, and UX 301,887 points.

AnTuTu claims that vivo X90s outperforms existing Android flagships in AnTuTu V10, and the performance of the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset is significantly improved over its predecessor, Dimensity 9200. In other benchmarks, the vivo X90s also performed well. In Geekbench 6, it scored 1790 points in the single-core test and 5381 points in the multi-core test.

These results further confirm the excellent performance of the smartphone compared to its competitors such as Xiaomi 13 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, as well as other flagship devices with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processors. It is eagerly awaited by tech enthusiasts.

With LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage, the X90s offers a choice of 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. The smartphone is equipped with an Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU and has a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth graphics performance.
