Honor plans to launch the X50 smartphone in China on July 5 at 19:30 local time. The brand has released more details about the upcoming offering. In addition, on the eve of the launch, the smartphone appeared in the Geekbench benchmark database.

Additional features of Honor X50 displayed on Geekbench confirmed

Honor has released new teasers about the X50 smartphone on its Weibo microblogging platform. One poster indicates that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, while another poster confirms the design and display details of the upcoming smartphone. It will feature a center-aligned hole punch and a curved display with 1.5K resolution. It looks like the device will have an integrated AMOLED panel with a fingerprint scanner.

In terms of design, the Honor X50 has a round camera module with two sensors and an LED flash. The presence of the main sensor at 108 MP has been confirmed. The device will be available in silver and gradient white colors alongside an orange shade with a leather back panel.

Meanwhile, Honor X50 is listed on Geekbench with model number ALI-AN00. Besides the confirmed processor, the benchmark database shows that the smartphone is specified with 12GB of RAM and comes with Android 13 out of the box. It is also expected to have 16 GB RAM and 512 GB configuration.

In Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests, the Honor X50 scores 606 and 2484, respectively. According to the 3C certification, the Honor X50 will support 35W fast charging. We will learn more details about the Honor X50 next week.
