The iQOO Neo 7 Pro has been officially launched in India. This high-end smartphone was highly anticipated in the region and many rumors and reports were made ahead of its launch. Here are the official specs, pricing and other important details.

Design, color and display

The Neo 7 Pro model has a design very similar to the current Neo 7 Racing Edition phone of the Chinese smartphone manufacturer. It comes with a curved back panel with a large rectangular camera island in the upper left corner. Here you can find three image sensors and an LED flash module.

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro will be available in two color options with different back panels. The first is the Dark Storm model with an AG glass back, and the second is the Fearless Flame variant with a faux leather back. This adds another premium element to the new smartphone.

Meanwhile, the front panel features a tall 6.78-inch E5 AMOLED flat panel display. This panel has a center-aligned hole for the selfie camera and offers Full HD+ resolution. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. While this chip might not be cutting edge in 2023, it has been very popular in affordable flagship phones that launched this year at competitive prices. This processor is also almost a year old, but still quite capable with AnTuTu test scores exceeding 1.3 million points.

This chipset will work together with another standalone gaming chip that will optimize gaming performance for smoother gaming. This will be possible thanks to a chip that provides a consistently high frame rate. The device will also be offered with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Under the hood, a massive 5000mAh battery powers this device that supports 120W fast charging.

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro can reach 50 percent charge in just 8 minutes of charging. The company also offers a reliable cooling mechanism to keep the powerful performance cool. The device will have a VC cooling system for improved heat dissipation. It will also come with Android 13 Funtouch OS 13 out of the box.

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro has a triple rear camera. This module contains the 50 megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GN5 main image sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). It will work with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor as well as a 2-megapixel shooter. On the other hand, the front panel has a 16-megapixel punch-hole selfie camera.

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro has been launched with a starting price of INR 34,999 for the 8GB+128GB model. The more expensive 12GB + 256GB model costs INR 37,999. iQOO will launch the device during the Amazon Prime Day Sale on July 15.
