Nokia 110 4G and 110 2G introduced with built-in UPI

Earlier today, Reliance Jio launched Jio Bharat, an affordable 4G phone with built-in UPI support via the JioPay app. Now, HMD Global has also launched several new UPI-enabled feature phones in India. These are the 2023 Nokia 110 4G and Nokia 110 2G models. Let’s take a closer look at the features and characteristics of these devices.

Features of Nokia 110 4G (2023) and Nokia 110 2G

Compared to the 2021 model, the Nokia 110 4G/2G (2023) models have minor design changes, but the skin of the device looks more premium, probably thanks to the new colors. Most importantly, this year’s models have built-in support for UPI payments, allowing users to easily pay with the click of a button. Endurance is also a priority with the Nokia 110 4G with a solid 1,450mAh battery and the Nokia 110 2G with a 1,000mAh battery. Both phones support memory expansion up to 32GB.

In addition, the Nokia 110 4G and Nokia 110 2G feature a wireless FM radio feature that allows users to access news, music and sports via their favorite FM stations on the go without using a headset.

The Nokia 110 4G (2023) has a 1.8 inch QQVGA display, a QVGA rear camera and a 1450 mAh battery that offers up to 12 days of standby time and up to 8 hours of talk time (4G). It offers Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, 3.5mm headphone jack and Micro USB 2.0. The phone supports microSD memory cards up to 32GB and runs the S30+ operating system. Its back panel is made of nano-textured polycarbonate and has an IP52 waterproof rating. The Nokia 110 4G comes in Midnight Blue and Arctic Purple colours, weighs 94.5g and measures 50mm x 121.5mm x 14.4mm.

The Nokia 110 2G (2023) has a 1.8-inch QQVGA display, a QVGA rear camera and a 1000mAh battery with standby time of up to 12 days. It has a micro-USB (1.1) connection, supports microSD cards up to 32GB and runs on the S30+ operating system. The phone is equipped with wired and wireless FM radio reception and also supports 2G networks with support for two SIM cards. Its back panel is made of nano-textured polycarbonate and has an IP52 waterproof rating. Available in Charcoal and Cloudy Blue color options, the Nokia 110 2G weighs 79.6 g and measures 49.4 mm x 115.07 mm x 14.4 mm.

Price and availability

Nokia 110 4G (2023) is priced at Rs. 2,499 and offers a choice between Midnight Blue and Polar Violet. Similarly, the Nokia 110 2G (2023) is priced at Rs. It comes in 1699 and Charcoal and Cloudy Blue variants. Both phones are available for purchase from Nokia.com, offline stores, and will soon be available at other retailers.
