Oppo is one of the largest smartphone manufacturers in the world and has released a number of popular series targeting different price segments. Of these, the Reno line has become hugely popular worldwide, with the company claiming to have sold around 100 million Reno phones to date.

Sales of Oppo Reno phones are approaching 100 million

The Chinese technology giant has released a new teaser on its official Twitter account. Oppo India. Here they claimed that the Reno devices sold so far have reached about 100 million units. More specifically, the company adds that more than 67 million users worldwide have created more than 2 million portrait photos with their Reno series smartphones.

For those who don’t know, the Reno smartphone series was launched as a series that will include both mid-range and flagship models. However, they focus specifically on photography. The first models came with 10x magnification, and the newer models had portrait photography.

According to the trailer, Oppo claims that its “extraordinary Reno lineup has inspired smartphone photography and elevates it to unprecedented heights.” Notably, this teaser comes shortly after the brand announced its latest Reno 10 series smartphones, the latest in the Reno series, in India today (July 10, 2023). New models include Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+.
