How do Left Readers work?

As with any headset, text from a smartphone or other device is displayed on small screens and is directly in front of the reader’s eyes. The specific features of the displays are currently unknown.

The design of the Left Reader blocks most of the view, leaving only narrow peripheral fields of view from the sides.

  • The gadget has an automatic brightness adjustment system based on the light indicator, but you can manually adjust the brightness parameters.
  • Each half has its own dual illumination system as well as separate mechanisms to adjust the dioptric range, so the Sol Reader can be used without glasses or contact lenses.

  • Working time on a single charge reaches 25 hours. The company claims that it takes 2 hours to fully charge over the USB-C connection. Also, according to the official website, everything runs on an ultra-low power processor.
  • Sol Reader is sold with a remote control required for turning pages, saving bookmarks, adjusting screen parameters, and more.
