The schematic was shared on microblogging platform Weibo by trusted Chinese whistleblower Digital Chat Station. The tipster has a solid history, but still the final design of the device may differ from the sketch.

The schematic shows that the Xiaomi 14 will have a flat screen with minimal bezels on the front and a center-aligned punch notch. The rear of the device features a square-shaped camera module and sensor placement similar to the current Xiaomi 13 series, but the camera cutouts for the main and telephoto lenses on the upcoming device are larger than its predecessor. It also has an ultra-wide-angle lens and an LED flash. The diagram also shows the curved edges on all sides of the Xiaomi 14.

The schematic does not show any additional information about the Xiaomi 14. A recent leak revealed that the Xiaomi 14 will be powered by a 4,860mAh battery with 90W fast charging support and 50W wireless charging. The device is expected to have a 1.33-inch sensor, which is still in the R&D stage, as well as a 1-inch camera sensor. The upcoming Xiaomi 14 series is expected to run on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor under the hood.
