Tecno has been making fun of Pova 5 series smartphones in India since the last few days. According to reports, the company may launch two phones, the Pova 5 and the Pova 5 Pro. In a new teaser, the company showed off the rear LED notification unit of the Pova 5 series.

Tecno Pova 5 series will have Arc interface

The Nothing Phone (1) and the LED notification block on the back of the Phone (2) are called the Glyph interface. Likewise, the Pova 5 series will have a unique LED pattern on the back called the Arc interface.

According to Tecno, the Arc interface can support multiple colors that glow when there is an incoming call. It seems that the LED unit may light up for functions such as charging status or some notifications, but there is no official confirmation of these functions.

Tecno has recently introduced the Tecno Pova 5 to the global market, but the Pro model has not yet been released. Pova 5 doesn’t seem to have an Arc interface. So it seems that the feature in question may only be available on the Pro model.

Tecno Pova 5 Features

Tecno Pova 5 has a 6.78 inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Helio G99 chipset, 8GB of RAM and a 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. It has an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel dual rear camera. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The device is available in three colors such as Hurricane Blue, Amber Gold and Mecha Black. At the moment, there is no information about the price of the device.
