Realme is gearing up to launch the Reale GT 5 smartphone in the coming weeks. The brand has already started making fun of some specifications, such as a maximum 24GB RAM configuration. Now the brand has also revealed that the Realme GT 5 will be equipped with 240W fast charging technology.

This isn’t the first time a Realme phone has been equipped with 240W fast charging. Ever since Oppo launched its 240W fast charging technology, its sister brand Realme has used this technology in many of its smartphones such as the Realme GT Neo 5, known worldwide as the Realme GT 3 240W.

Features of Realme GT 5

According to recent reports, the upcoming Realme GT 5 is expected to feature a large 6.74-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. Hardware-wise, Realme GT 5 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and will offer two RAM configurations: 16GB and 24GB LPDDR5x RAM. Storage options will range from 128GB to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

It will house a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front. On the back, the camera will be equipped with a powerful 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). This main camera will be accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

According to rumors, the device will come with two battery options. One will have a 4,600 mAh battery and will support 240 W super fast charging, while the other variant will have a larger 5,200 mAh battery with 150 W fast charging.
