OnePlus 10 Pro, the company’s flagship last year, is getting a new software update. The latest OxygenOS 13.1.0.591 update for 10 Pro was announced on OnePlus Community Forums and is currently rolling out to users in India.
The update ships with firmware version NE2211_13.1.0.591(EX01) and includes the August 2023 security patch. This firmware also resolves the issue where the keypad cannot be used when making phone calls. The update is approximately 842.46 MB in size.

The brand has already started rolling out the update, but it will only reach a small percentage of users initially. Wide distribution will occur in a few days.
If the update doesn’t fix the numeric keypad not being available during phone calls, users in India can report errors by opening Google Dialer and typing *#800#. This will bring up a menu where they can submit a bug report.
