Honor presented a new phone concept at the IFA in Berlin. we talk about Honor V BagIt’s a phone that drinks a lot from the Huawei Mate Xs2, which we’ve already tested on Xataka. In this case, Honor wanted to give the concept a chance as this mobile can be used horizontally thanks to different optimizations.

The Honor V Purse is not a terminal that will go on sale anytime soon, it is a concept that Honor has put on the table. According to Honor, “sustainable” materials such as vegan leather were used for the construction materials.

While the design is practically similar to what we saw on the Huawei Mate Xs, Honor wants to make a change to the concept. This phone is intended for: Can be used as a fashion accessory. It has several interchangeable straps that make it practically look more like a bag than a phone. It has an Always On Display mode with customizable displays designed to show them off, which is quite an intriguing concept.

There’s no sign of the phone’s specs, but judging by the Mate Xs 2’s design, it should be at least 7.8 inches and 6.5 inches when the panel is opened, plus a 4,500mAh battery and backup power. At the moment this is just a concept they have put on the table, but Honor made it clear during its presentation that folding mobiles will replace traditional ones.
