We recently reported on the leaked technical specifications of the Xiaomi 13T Pro. The phone will apparently look similar to the Redmi K60 Ultra that was recently launched in China, but with a slightly modified camera. Now, whistleblower Abhishek Yadav has announced the launch date of the Xiaomi 13T series in Europe.
Abhishek shared a banner from Xiaomi’s presentation in Berlin in his tweet. The poster states that the event will take place on September 26 at 14:00 local time. Abhishek claims that Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro smartphones will be introduced at this event.
The Xiaomi 13T is said to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device is said to have a solid 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
As for the front camera, it could have a 50MP Leica wide-angle camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP Leica 2x telephoto camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 20MP front camera for selfies. Powered by Android 13, the Xiaomi 13T may also have IP68 water and dust protection, dual SIM support, USB-C connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, fingerprint reader and Google Assistant integration. It is expected to be available in two colours: Black and Alpine Blue.
The Xiaomi 13T Pro is said to be powered by the Dimensity 9200 processor and offers users a choice of 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB storage. The phone will feature a 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2600 nits peak brightness and 2880Hz PWM fade. It also supports HDR 10+.
On the photography side, it is said to include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 (f/1.9) primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 13-megapixel Omnivision OV138 (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel camera. megapixel Omnivision telephoto sensor OVSOD. .
