Motorola Edge 40 Neo will be a new smartphone to join the existing Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro. Numerous leaks and rumors have surfaced about the smartphone, the latest of which reveals its battery and charging speed. Motorola has yet to reveal the official launch date of the smartphone, but it may have started making fun of it on social media.
Motorola recently posted a teaser on Twitter/X hinting at the launch of the new Edge series phones, asking the question: “Are you ready to dive into colour?” With the hashtag #findyouredge. It will likely be the Moto Edge 40 Neo. Although few details were revealed in the teaser, we see the phone’s dual rear cameras and the Pantone label on the back.

The company has yet to announce an official launch date or any specifics. However, previous reports suggest that the Motorola Edge 40 Neo will feature a 6.55-inch pOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. This smartphone can be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1050 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Edge 40 Neo should run on Android 13 with a custom MyUX skin right out of the box. For photography, the device offers a 50 MP dual camera setup on the back and a 32 MP selfie camera on the front. Motorola’s new Edge 40 Neo can even offer IP68 water and dust protection. The device is reportedly available in a variety of color options, including Black Beauty, Caneel Bay, and Soothing Sea.
