The latest photos taken on a US highway last week show three Cybertrucks on a trailer to transport cars. The direction of his movements is unknown, but not very important. It is important that the many points and distinctions, some of which are clearly handprints, are clearly visible in the metal coating of the pickups.

Dirty Cyber Truck

The steel chosen as the coating material for Tesla turntables not only collects and hides dirty fingerprints well, but also reflects light perfectly, making them even more visible. This can be frustrating for first-time owners who have waited for their cars for years and can no longer touch them.

After years of delays, Tesla’s long-awaited delivery still hasn’t been delivered to customers. Some may have access by the end of this month, although they still don’t know the basic details like range and cost. But not everyone will be lucky this year; The production line has not been put into operation at full capacity yet.

We’ve seen a lot of Cybertrucks in the wild over the last few months, suggesting that the product is already being actively tested. The company was also illuminated during the commercial shoot.

But from what we’ve seen in these new pictures and some previous ones, we can conclude that car owners have to put in a lot of effort to make their new car look shiny. For example, Reddit users talk about their kitchen appliances made of the same material, which pick up “every fingerprint and dirt in sight” very well and are literally “crazy”.

You can never clean them unless you polish them around the clock.

Instead, the company insists on the positive aspects of stainless steel. In an interview in January, Tesla chief designer Franz von Holzhausen said: “Stainless steel is incredibly hard, so if you get a scratch on it, we have technology where you can either polish it yourself or remove the scratch and go back to the basic finish that stainless steel had”.

By the way, it is not the first time that users notice assembly problems. If you look closely at these new photos, you can see that. in some cases the lower edges of the doors are at different levels. From afar it is impossible to say how incompatible they are, but this fact stands out.
