A good set of hardware and a design that will win at mid-level
The first thing Motorola wanted to emphasize on this phone was its design. A color scale consisting of black, green and blue has been developed. Collaboration with Pantone. This company is the main reference in creating a universal language for understanding colors, and Motorola wanted to collaborate with it to offer shades different from the colors we usually see in high-end colors.
Two finishes are available, one in vegan leather and the other in matte plastic. It is a tall phone at 159.63mm despite having a 6.55-inch panel. Speaking of the panel, this one has technology pOLED, Full HD + resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. The processor that gives life to the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7030, a mid-range platform characterized by an octa-core CPU with A78 and A55 cores.
Battery 5,000mAhWith 68W fast charging. You can’t miss the dual stereo speakers with 5G SA, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and Dolby Atmos. In times of austerity, when mid-range stereo sound systems are being abandoned, this inclusion is appreciated.
At the photographic level we find only two sensors. The main one is 50 megapixels, with optical stabilizer. The second is a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle that acts as a macro.
The software is powered by Android 13 and minor customization by Motorola. Using this ROM is pretty similar to using a Pixel, so AOSP lovers are looking at one of the few mid-range options without an intrusive customization layer.
